Your jobs stay on your device
Estimates, repair orders, invoices and inspections are created in your web browser. Your shop details, customers' names, phone numbers, addresses and vehicles are saved in your browser's local storage on that device and are not sent to our servers. Anyone with access to the device and browser profile can see them, so use a device you control. Clear your browser data or delete jobs in Pro to remove them.
Approval links (Pro)
When you create an approval link, we store your shop's name, phone and city, the job number, the vehicle description, the work items and amounts. We do not store the customer's name, phone or email from your job. When the customer answers, we store the name they type, their optional signature, their answer, the time and their approximate country. These records are deleted from use after 30 days.
What else we collect
- Anonymous usage events: page views, whether a PDF was created or a button was clicked, the referring site and approximate country. Events never contain form contents.
- Early-access list: your email and shop type, if you join.
- Subscriptions: Stripe processes payments. We receive your email, subscription status and a customer ID, never your card number.
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and reliability.
- Analytics: Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics measure visits and the same anonymous events. Google Analytics sets cookies and may measure our Google Ads campaigns. Opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
How we use it
To run the service, provide Pro to subscribers, deliver approval answers to the shop, and understand which features are useful. We do not sell personal information.
Third parties
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and the PDF library from Cloudflare's cdnjs, which receive standard request data such as your IP address.
