How to use a multi-point inspection
Customers trust a recommendation they can see. Mark every item you checked, not only the problems: a page with mostly green items and two red ones reads as an honest inspection. Measure tire tread in 32nds of an inch and brake pads in millimeters, so next visit you can show the change.
Red items become the next estimate. Write it on the estimate page and get the customer's approval before work.
