WrenchTicket (wrenchticket.com) is provided by Grizzly Logic LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms.
The service
WrenchTicket lays out estimates, repair orders, authorizations, invoices and inspection checklists from information you enter, and relays customer approval links. It does not process payments, order parts or keep records for you beyond your own device, except approval links as described in the privacy policy.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your documents, for holding any license or registration your state requires, and for complying with your state's auto repair, consumer and tax laws.
- Our state summaries and form fields are general information as of the date shown, not legal advice. Laws change; check your state agency when in doubt.
- Keep backups. Data stored in your browser can be lost if you clear it or lose the device.
Pro subscription
Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. See the refund and cancellation policy.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Grizzly Logic LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of the service or documents created with it, including disputes with customers or regulatory penalties.
