Refund and cancellation policy

Free tools

The estimate, repair order, invoice and inspection tools are free for one job at a time. No payment is required.

WrenchTicket Pro

Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record and calculates any applicable sales tax.

Cancel anytime

Cancel at any time from the subscription management page, using the email you subscribed with. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again. Your jobs stay in your browser.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email hello@wrenchticket.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Renewal payments are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal at any time.
